We use vetted infrastructure providers to host data and operate the service, and transmit application data to the relevant government portal or approved partner to fulfil your request. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Security & access logging
Access to documents and changes to application status are logged. We restrict access to personnel who need it to deliver the service.
Retention
We retain application data for the period required to deliver the service and to meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
