This policy explains when and how refunds apply. It distinguishes three fee types.
Fee types
- Government fees — paid to the relevant authority. Once an application is lodged these are generally non-refundable, as set by the government.
- Service fees — our charge for assistance. Refundable before work begins; once processing starts, refunds are at our discretion based on work performed.
- Supplier fees — third-party costs (where applicable), refundable only to the extent the supplier permits.
Refused applications
A refusal by an immigration authority does not entitle you to a refund of government fees, and service fees remain payable for work performed, because we are paid to prepare and submit your application — not to guarantee an outcome.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your application reference. We will confirm which fees are eligible and the timeframe for any refund due.
